Kiwi Imprints is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided content.

4. Production & Turnaround

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are final unless a production error is verified.

Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
